An 8 week strength training program built for runners. Injuries with runners are significantly increased when there is no strength training occurring. While there is no guarantee strength training will prevent all injuries when running, it can significantly decrease your chances of getting injured.
An 8 week strength program designed to help you progressively increase your strength throughout the program. This program is 3 days per week, and includes both strength focussed work and accessory movements in order to address any weaknesses you may have. You will increase your reps and RPE as you progress through the program.
